Terms of Service

1. Marketplace role
The platform provides software for employers and jobseekers to discover, communicate, hire, and maintain work records. It is not the employer of record, staffing agency, payroll provider, or guarantor of any user.
2. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, maintain one appropriate account, protect access credentials, and comply with account verification requests. Agencies must identify themselves as agencies.
3. Acceptable use
Users may not post unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, exploitative, or fraudulent opportunities; scrape private data; distribute malware; impersonate another person; or evade suspensions and platform limits.
4. Hiring and payments
Employers and workers are responsible for contracts, taxes, labor compliance, compensation, payment-provider terms, and disputes. Payment records marked manually are informational and do not prove bank settlement.
5. Subscriptions
Employer-plan benefits are subject to stated quotas. Paid access may be suspended for failed payments, abuse, or chargebacks. Refund terms depend on the configured payment provider and published policy.
6. Moderation
The platform may review, reject, pause, archive, or remove jobs and accounts to protect users or enforce these terms. Reports may be retained as audit evidence.
7. Liability
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the platform is not liable for user conduct, hiring outcomes, employment disputes, missed opportunities, or third-party service failures.
